The Company R/C Indy Cars was created to expand the Indy/F1 class of available cars on the market. The vision of this company is to make sure that the F1/Indy class does not die due to a lack of viable cars. We made a conscious decision to use the Associate parts as our primary parts for our cars. Associates as been a founding father to this hobby and obviously is one of the strongest companies in this market with a long viable future. We will continue to produce the chassis for the kits as long as we are still breathing in air. As anyone knows that is in this industry, this is not a get rich industry, you are in it because you love the hobby. We love to race and we love to race cars that can be competitive. We hope that our cars will continue to be competitive. We are not making money off of this venture, but we feel that we are doing our part for you the racers and we hope that you will continue to support your Local Hobby Stores (LHS). If you would like to purchase one of our chassis or if you are a LHS that would like to sell our product please contact us. We would like to primarily sell directly to the LHS, however if your LHS does not want to sell the kits, then you can purchase through our online store. R/C Indy Cars is located in Indianapolis, home of the Indy 500, Brickyard 400 and the U.S. Grand Prix. Living in the Racing Capital of the World you can't help but to have racing blood flowing through your veins. The Special GRX Oval Chassis is a design from Brad Hayes and Bob Cordell, we are distributing this chassis on Bob's behalf as Bob has been a long time supporter of RC Indy Cars since we first started. This is a special chassis that we feel will make a big impact like our other chassis on the Indy car market. Legal Information Important information to be aware of when purchasing a RC Indycar Chassis Kit, Full Kit or parts. RC Indycars is not held responsible for the actions that you take with our kits. The kits purchased are made out of either 2.5mm or 3mm Woven Graphite, which if you purchased it and live in a Prison you could, since you have time on your hand widdle it into a knife or something else to cause harm to you or other Prison inmates. This is not the intended purpose of the chassis so therefore you have altered the original intent of the chassis kit and taken full responsibility of the outcome of your modifications. RC Indycars is also not to be held responsible in the event the car leaves the driving surface and becomes airborne either while driving or through disgust. The chassis kit itself has not been found to leap by itself and therefore we cannot be held responsible. We are also not responsible in the event you inhale the graphite material while trimming or making cuts to the chassis kit, you have made modifications to the original design and therefore altered the original product which is no longer our product. RC Indycars is not responsible if you spent the money on our kits which cause rage or disgust with your parents, spouse or life partner, we didn't force you to purchase the kit, we just made it available to you to purchase. RC Indycars does not sell the electronic that would propel the RC vehicle, so therefore if you do either physical damage to a person, persons or property, you need to step up and take responsibility for your actions, not lawyer up. RC Indcyar is also not responsible for any missing digits during the building of our chassis kits, if you can't build the kit without loosing digits we suggest either finding a new hobby or find someone that can build the kit for you. |
